The Miles App has actually gotten me out of the house! Yep. Out. Of. The. House. That is way more than I can say about any other "Walk & Earn" app. They reward you 'Miles' for basically any trip you take outside of your house, and you can exchange those hard earned Miles for things like gift cards, subscriptions, and electronics, plus you can also donate your miles to charity! I've donated most of mine to Chewy through the Miles app to help feed all the animals that are in shelters. Which is another reason why I personally think you should join Miles. Even if you only walks once a month, that one time a month will add up sooner than you think, and your earned miles never go away! So eventually you will have enough to donate to a charity or maybe even try a subscription or two!
