The reward process can be a bit wonky. This is how it went when I started using Bitpanda. 1. I opened the account using the referral code. 2. I deposited 25e with a bank transfer in the morning. 3. In the afternoon the money was there. 4. I bought BEST token for 25e. 5. I started to wonder why my reward is not happening. 6. I waited and waited for days. I was thinking maybe the tell-a-friend program is a lie. 7. After five days I thought I’ll try once more and made another deposit of 25e. 8. I got an email saying “We just credited your Tell-a-Friend Referral bonus”. And that’s what they did. 9. Looks like I am a happy customer of Bitpanda after all.
